At an award ceremony organised on October 29, SABECO was one of the nine businesses honoured by the MoLISA for its exceptional efforts in caring for its employees’ wellbeing and improving their capacities. The recognition aims to acknowledge businesses contributing to Vietnam's socioeconomic and human development while fostering a positive work environment for employees.

The evaluation criteria for this recognition were established by labour experts and assessed various aspects such as income, training, working conditions, social benefits, and activities that promote the physical and mental wellbeing of employees. This assessment was validated by various authorities and surveys, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation.

This year in particular, the award was honoured to the companies that were able to keep their growth momentum regardless of post-COVID economic challenges, maintaining stable production activities, and increasing revenue and profits, while taking good care of the physical and mental health of their employees.

SABECO, with nearly 13,000 direct employees, emphasised a people-centric approach in its growth strategy, aiming to maintain stable employment despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.

The company's business strategy centres on sustainable development, with a focus on its workforce as a crucial pillar for growth. People represent one of the six strategic focuses that have aided SABECO in enhancing its competitiveness while sustaining its leading position since the commencement of its transformation in 2019.
