The first phase of the 10.8 ha eco sanctuary project in Binh Duong province, which comprised 64 row-houses in Park Residences EcoXuan, were launched in mid 2011, and completely sold out. The developer - Setia Lai Thieu - also successfully launched its EcoXuan Sales Gallery, the first building in Vietnam to boast a green wall and completed its 6,300 square metres Spring Gardens town park.
Stanley Saw, general director of Setia Lai Thieu, a subsidiary of the SP Setia said: “This has been a very busy year for us but we are very proud of all that we have accomplished. We are committed to making the coming year even more meaningful and exciting in terms of EcoXuan’s development.”
Setia Lai Thieu planned to offer the final selection of landed properties in this project next year and complete the rest of works in the project. At this time, the commercial component is also making progress. The Lifestyle Center will soon be open for business as the developer is in final negotiations with potential tenants including convenience store operators and food and beverage operators among others.
EcoXuan recently introduced a suite of innovative home ownership promotions targeted at making it even easier and more rewarding to invest in an EcoXuan property. The promotion is called the Triple Star Promotions with the discount ranging from 5-10 per cent.
SP Setia entered Vietnam in 2007, forming a joint venture with Becamex IDC to develop EcoLakes My Phuoc, a ground-breaking eco sanctuary 3in Binh Duong, and more recently, EcoXuan. A new urban project named EcoSeason in Bac Ninh province is also soon to be launched by SP Setia.
