CB Richard Ellis Thailand and Vietnam win 10 international property awards

CB Richard Ellis, a property consult firm today announced it had received 10 awards for its affiliates in Thailand and Vietnam at the annual International Property Awards, for the excellent services in 2011, for the Asia Pacific region.

CBRE Vietnam was the highly commended winners for three of the categories including property consultancy, residential real estate agency marketing, and real estate agency.

As five-star award winners at country level, CBRE Thailand was nominated at the regional level and was subsequently awarded “Best Residential Real Estate Agency Website Asia Pacific” and “Best Property Consultancy Website Asia Pacific”.

CBRE Thailand was named the winner for four categories at the country level including the top category five-star winners for “Best Residential Real Estate Agency Thailand”, “Best Residential Real Estate Agency Website Thailand”, “Best Property Consultancy Marketing Thailand”, and “Best Property Consultancy”.

“CBRE Thailand and Vietnam are delighted to receive these eleven prestigious awards. This is a testament of our continuous success and recognition of our expertise and experience,” said David Simister, chairman of CBRE Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.
