According to the organisers, the fair is expected to attract 250-280 booths across an area of nearly 4,500 square metres. The exhibition space will be designed to reflect the distinctive features of various regions of the country.
The fair aims to boost trade promotion and support the marketing and expansion of signature regional products, particularly agricultural and food products meeting export standards. It also seeks to strengthen connections between manufacturers and domestic and international distributors, promoting a sustainable supply chain for both local and export markets.

Key activities at the event include showcasing, promoting, introducing, and selling products, as well as networking and providing business consultancy. Moreover, the fair will feature advisory sessions aimed at enhancing competitiveness, improving product design, and packaging quality for businesses.
The event will also focus on creating opportunities for direct transactions between distributors, shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, retail chains, wholesale markets, and e-commerce platforms with exhibitors. This will allow businesses to learn about the products, production capabilities, and supply potential, leading to expanded sourcing channels and negotiations on cooperation agreements and supply contracts.
The organisers will also partner with international distributors operating in Vietnam, such as AEON, Central Group, Lotte, Vingroup, BRGmart, and both domestic and international e-commerce platforms, to select qualified products for export and overseas distribution.
Alongside the business-distributor connections, the event also aims to raise consumer awareness and confidence in the quality and branding of Vietnamese products.
Organised by the Hanoi Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion Centre, the fair is supported by the Domestic Market Department, the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency, and the Departments of E-commerce and Digital Economy, Cooperative Economy and Rural Development, and Agricultural Product Processing and Market Development.
