Viber Channel – a large-scale thematic interactive chat channel with unlimited members – has been offered to businesses across Vietnam since September 21.
This messaging channel prioritises the role of business and brand administrators in managing their own channels with privileges for manual posting and custom scheduling and allows participants to interact and comment on posts.

Administrators and super admins can control spam messages easily. The comment feature increases the interaction between channel admins and their members. The analyses of channel insights provide a better understanding of channel quality and members’ behaviour.
Viber Channel can be searched and discovered easily to unlock the unlimited potential of brand awareness and customer reach. In each channel, users’ phone numbers are hidden from others in order to add security. Users can also disable receiving private messages from other members. Moreover, members can create an alias.
In addition to a number of tailored solutions such as branded stickers and lenses, Viber Ads, business messages, and chatbots, Viber Channel is expected to be an effective tool to connect brands and consumers.
