Taiwan Excellence, an international campaign organised by the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) and implemented by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) with the aim of introducing and promoting Taiwanese leading products in developing markets, announced its sixth launch in Vietnam yesterday.
Technology, a globally well-known strength of Taiwan, has witnessed the attendance of famous brands providing a wide range of products from laptops, computers, mobile phone, storage devices, and online communication devices to computer parts.
Several of the most remarkable names are the two giants Acer and Asus, both of which are among the largest laptop producers in the world; D-Link which owns a worldwide substantial market share of WLAN devices for business; Optoma, which provides DLP projectors, smart mini and 3D ones; or BXB specialising in professional products exclusively used for conferences of Plustek, winning the creativity award thanks to its various high-quality scanners.
Other prestigious institutions in technology continue to engage in this year campaign include BenQ, DrayTek, Silicon Power, Transcend, Apacer and Edimax.
Besides technology products, Taiwan is determining its position in the field of smart and convenient home devices, with Caesar, ALYA, Cashido and Chanson Water providing plenty of sophisticated options for products in bathrooms and toilets.
Taiwan Excellence’s sixth edition has also introduced its most modern healthcare instruments such as Microlife Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor equipped with the latest Afib technology to monitor atrial fibrillation and prevent breakdown; the portable Bionime Blood Glucose Monitoring System GM300 certified with international standards which provides concise results after only 8 sec, Miacare Ace Patch or the modern Johnson Horizon Elite T3000 Treadmill allowing connection to TV.
In the field of transportation means, this year, the two reputable bicycle brands Strida and TERN continue to showcase their latest products, which possess strong, smart designs and high-quality functions fulfilling sports or moving purposes.
Noticeably, the premium automotive brand Luxgen also joins the 2015 campaign with their brand new Luxgen U6 Turbo.
“This year marks the sixth year in which Taiwan Excellence is organised in Vietnam and the campaign this year will demonstrate positive changes in scale and variety of products. We hope to inspire the spirit of ‘Excellent Lifestyles’ to Vietnamese consumers and contribute to strengthening our bilateral multilateral relationship in economy, culture, education and community,” said Huang Chih-Peng, representative of Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Hanoi.
The beautiful singer, actor Minh Hang is proudly selected to be the new celebrity endorser of Taiwan Excellence 2015 in Vietnam.
Significantly, one of the most exciting events to watch for is the Taiwan Excellence Home & Leisure Experiencing Zone 2015 which will be held in Hanoi from June 12-14 in Royal City shopping mall, 72A Nguyen Trai and next in Ho Chi Minh City from September 11-13, at Crescent Mall, Phu My Hung new urban township.
The experiencing zone Taiwan Excellence will welcome visitors to attend the impressive introduction and interactive sessions to explore the latest technology products from Taiwan as well as enjoy the Big Lucky Draw, various games, performances and interaction with celebrities.
