Caye Sereno recently won the ‘Best Resort Villa Development' award at Viet Nam Property Awards 2015.
The villa project, developed by Jen Tuan Chau Company Ltd, a joint venture of Jen Capital (a Chiaphua Group subsidiary based in Hong Kong) and the Tuan Chau Group, is a unique development in the UNESCO heritage site of Ha Long Bay in northern Viet Nam.
The project was designed by one of the world's most famous architects from Brazil, Marcio Kogan. Each beautifully appointed villa has fantastic views of the iconic limestone karsts and will offer discerning buyers a unique residence and holiday destination. The quality, style and modernity of the villas are expressed through the furniture and fittings of the rooms that have natural stone masonry and movable glass walls, which allow flexible living spaces.
The 3.3ha luxury property comprises 18 signature villas built in two main design styles of Marina Villa and Sea Villa, measuring 572sq.m to 1,519sq.m, with three to six bedrooms.
Caye Sereno combines freehold titles, beach front access, world-class vistas, and internationally acclaimed architecture, besides direct road access from Ha Noi and Hai Phong. It will be the most prestigious and unique collection of easily accessible high-end properties in Viet Nam.
Director of Savills Hanoi Matthew Powell said, "Caye Sereno is a unique proposition for Vietnamese and international luxury property investors. There are many beach villas in the region, but this location and the views uniquely stand out. The villas themselves have been designed and constructed to showcase the natural environment and meet the expectations of their future owners. We look forward to launching this project for regional and global investors."
Savills, together with Jen Capital, will announce the details of the domestic and international sales launch in September.
