Savills exclusive marketing and leasing agent for PVI tower

Savills Vietnam has officially been appointed as exclusive marketing and leasing agent by PVI Holdings (PVI) for PVI Tower, located on Hanoi’s Tran Thai Tong street, in Cau Giay district.

PVI Tower is a Grade A office building comprised of 25 stories and two basements. The building is the headquarters of PVI Holdings and member companies, which includes offices, multi-function meeting rooms, an international standard conference hall with a capacity of 700 people, a gym, spa, restaurant and other services.

Located between two lakes of Yen Hoa and My Dinh parks, PVI Tower has a prime location with all four facades on the main roads.

The main facade of the building is on Tran Thai Tong road in the Yen Hoa new Urban area in Cau Giay district, which is expected to be the equivalent Wall Street financial center in the future of Hanoi – with a synchronous infrastructure system and is located close by many advanced projects such as Keangnam Landmark Tower, The Garden, Indochina Plaza Hanoi, Grand Plaza, National Conference Center, Hanoi Museum, BigC Super Center and many others.
