Prudential Vietnam allies with Techcombank

Prudential Vietnam Assurance has officially teamed up with local banking behemoth Techcombank to launch an online insurance premium payment service Fast i-banking.

Accordingly, Prudential Vietnam’s policy holders can make their insurance policy premium via Techcombank’s Fast i-banking platform with no extra fee.

With a Techcombank account, customers just need to register for internet banking service and make their periodical premium payment via an internet-connected computer any time and any place.

This facility would simplify the payment process for Prudential Vietnam’s customers and minimise the risks of carrying cash. In due course, policy holders would receive an electronic confirmation from Techcombank.

So far, Prudential Vietnam customers now have a network of over 4000 collection points at bank/post locations, where they can submit their premiums conveniently and safely.
