The programme selects talent from final-year students or recent graduates from major universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The candidates who pass the examinations will join the training programme. Each such programme lasts two years.
Ton That Anh Vu, vice general director for Prudential Vietnam, said it was the third time the programme had taken place. The two previous programmes employed 14 trainees working for Prudential.
Prudential Vietnam’s programme is part of the insurance firm’s human-resource strategy as Vietnam’s life-insurance industry faces a severe dearth of skilled workers.
