In the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, there is an additional industry placement requirement. Within the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, students can undertake one of three streams: Hospitality, Commercial Cookery, or Patisserie.
Besides Australian qualification programmes, Pegasus provides a wide range of domestic programmes in hospitality; professional skills courses such as Event Management, International Cookery, and Patisserie, and even afterschool programmes for kids, to reach different segments of students.
Students seeking a pathway to a degree are given a choice of joining one of Pegasus’ university partners to complete a bachelor’s degree.
Through agreements between Pegasus International College and Edinburgh Napier University in the UK, TAFE New South Wales in Australia, and Elmhurst College in the US, upon completion of the two-year Advanced Diploma at Pegasus, students can articulate into a bachelor’s degree programme at one of these universities.
