Pasona ready to get to work

Pasona Group, a leader in Japanese employment and staffing solutions, will begin offering place and search services for outstanding global personnel regardless of nationality in Vietnam.

The new ‘Place and Search Business Department’ will support a wide range of human resource solutions mainly for Japanese businesses, including recruiting and hiring of global personnel and human resource consulting services such as human resource organiasation planning, said the group statement released recently.

Pasona Group is anchored in Vietnam through establishing the Pasona Tech Vietnam Company Limted which is based in Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Binh district.
The company offers information technology (IT) outsourcing services such as Vietnam-based software development and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for work involving design.

The Pasona Group launched its first overseas branch in Hong Kong in 1984 and it currently operates in China, Singapore, Taiwan, the US, Canada, India and Vietnam.

The group provides services related to personnel needs mainly to Japanese companies with businesses around the globe.

This fiscal year, the group plans to expand its service area to a total of 10 localities and 36 branches worldwide, including the establishment of new branches in South Korea and Indonesia as well as existing overseas branches enlargement.
