Microsoft has announced that it would present awards to 32 Asia Pacific partners at the Global Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards 2013 to be held at its annual Worldwide Partner Conference from July 7 to 11 in Houston.

The annual awards honour Microsoft partners for delivering the most innovative solutions during the past year which directly addressed customer challenges in Asia Pacific.

This year, six companies in Asia are recognised as global winners for excellence in areas such as cloud, business intelligence and small and medium business solutions. In addition, Microsoft Asia Pacific will also honour 16 regional winners and 10 Country Partner of the Year Award winners covering a wide range of areas including cloud, business intelligence, mobility, collaboration and business success.

More than 3,000 entries were collected from more than 100 countries with award winners selected based on their commitment to customers, the market impact of their solutions and exemplary use of Microsoft technologies.

“Microsoft partners have the best business growth opportunities because of our long term commitment to their success. The 2013 Partner of the Year Award winners and finalists represent some of the best and brightest Asia Pacific ecosystem offers,” said StanimaraKoleva, general manager, Partners and SMB Group, Microsoft Asia Pacific. “We applaud each of our partners for demonstrating exceptional dedication in working to solve the most pressing technology challenges facing our mutual customers today.”
