Léman Luxury Apartments: Look to the sky

On March 15, developer CT Phuong Nam, a member of CT Group, one of the leading enterprises in Vietnam, will host a ceremony at the Reunification Palace to launch its top-end shopping mall Parkson and further unveil special amenities at its premium penthouse project Léman Luxury Apartments on Ho Chi Minh City’s 117 Nguyen Dinh Chieu street.

They showcased the Chan May (infinity pool) on the 24^th floor and its panoramic view with glass shield to protect from the cold night air.

The pool is surrounded by a state-of-the art reinforced pure glass system to shield the customers from cool air while still enabling them to catch the panoramic view.

Near the pool is Leman Club, a top-class venue outfitted in leather with a cigar room.

The developer also showed off the units’ picturesque sky wells and the hanging gardens in front, which give out a fragrant aroma and are self sustaining by design with automatic sprinklers and guaranteed two hours of sunlight a day.

The complex includes a golf course and a community garden which features a wide variety of plants and flowers.

The penthouses are green in their power saving giant glass windows that also give residents the feel of being close to nature.

Located in District 3, Léman Luxury Apartments is located within a commercial space with a bounty of boutiques and restaurants under the cooling shadow of ancient oil trees.
