Korean business event targets students

The Korea Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) is hosting the opening of the business event Vietnam Korea Win-Win Innotech Plaza and Job Fair at Charm Vit Tower and Grand Plaza Hanoi today, September 9.

The establishment of Vietnam Korea Win-Win Innotech Plaza is a necessary important action in the direction of the government of Korea with an aim to face changeable global economy and tendency of international cooperation towards cultural homogeny. The plaza makes as a pioneer in building a sustainable development cooperation model between two countries.

The event is aimed at developing further economic, trade, and cultural integration.

Lee Kyuseon, director general of KOTRA Hanoi said: “The Win-Win Innotech Plaza is aimed at boosting cooperation between Vietnam and Korea as strategic partners.”

The event will encompass several functions, including training courses, consultancy, building foundations for young business people, and matching students from both countries with companies. It will focus on finding 30 talented students who will be selected for an internship programme at the plaza.

The event will be joined by a Korean delegation that includes the Ministers of trade, industry, and energy, as well as the heads and deputy heads of several Korean business groups.
