This highly competitive prize was coveted by leading real estate companies throughout the region.
According to Indochina Capital CEO Peter Ryder, winning Best Developer in Vietnam is truly an honour given the competition and high expectations of a judging panel comprised of top experts in the field.
Indochina Land has an impressive track record of developing and operating high-end real estate developments in Vietnam for over a decade.
In 2006, the launch of The Nam Hai was a milestone and made Vietnam’s central coast one of the top leisure destinations in Asia.
The Nam Hai’s excellent architecture, design and luxury standards helped raise Vietnam to a position alongside Bali and Phuket as a top holiday destination.
Other projects, including the Six Senses Con Dao, Hyatt Regency Danang, Montgomerie Links golf course, and Indochina Plaza Hanoi represent the company’s professionalism and commitment to international standards.
Also at this year’s awards ceremony, Indochina Plaza surpassed competitors in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and Hong Kong to be named Best Mixed Use Interior in the region.
“Nothing is more rewarding than customers’ satisfaction and investment in our developments,” said Ryder, adding that “Despite the challenges facing Vietnam’s real estate market, we continue to attract buyers to our properties thanks to their signature designs and high rental returns.”
He also said that the company’s entire portfolio had earned $350 million from residential units and this year sales revenues hit $45 million, surpassing the toughest competitors in the market.
The South East Asia Property Awards acknowledges leading developers, real estate service providers, architects, and interior designers throughout the region. It attracts more than 1,000 nominations that are judged by a panel of more than 50 industry experts.
