HP introduces new innovations for businesses in Vietnam

HP today announced in Hanoi new initiatives for its channel partners in Vietnam as part of its Channel Odyssey programme, a six-city roadshow in Asia-Pacific impacting 1,000 partners.

“Channel partners are a key part of HP’s business, and we are committed to reinvigorating our channel partner ecosystem with a simple, integrated partner engagement framework, sharp focus on product innovation, and increased investment to drive an improved experience,” said P V Viswanath, director of HP’s Channel Sales Organization in South East Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Enhancements include streamlined sales engagement and compensation, simplified
tools and processes, resources for driving new business opportunities as well as
continued HP innovation for making inroads to new markets.

Also today HP unveiled new innovations for businesses that include breakthrough printing technologies: HP Officejet Pro X Series, HP LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP, HP Officejet 150 All-in-One printer and HP Designjet T520 ePrinter.

“Businesses are looking for ways to reduce costs, improve business efficiencies and
be more productive while on the go,” said Irving Oh, general manager of HP Vietnam’s Printing and Personal Systems. “HP’s enhanced PC and printing portfolio not only
enables our partners to better address customer needs, but also makes technology
more accessible to small- and medium-sized businesses.”

The firm also announced that the HP Compaq Elite 8300 All-in-One PC will be available in Vietnam in February 2013 at around VND23 million ($1,100) excluding VAT. The HP Compaq Elite 8300 All-in-One Business PC is HP’s highest-quality all-in-one
business PC, featuring security and management features.
