Hoa Binh Green opens sales period

Invested by Hoa Binh Group and Agrexim JSC, Hoa Binh Green City will feature two residential towers of 27 floor, stretching over and area of 1.7 hectare in Minh Khai street in the southeast of Hanoi. With the price stating from VND24 million per square metres, Hoa Binh Green City’s price is quite low to other projects in the same quality.

According to Nguyen Huu Duong, chairman of the Hoa Binh Company Limited, the investor of the project, with a vision to bring in a fresh and green space for its residents, Hoa Binh Green City was exceptionally designed with rooftop gardens, which, together with the utilisation of environmental friendly construction technologies and materials
“The sophisticated design of Hoa Binh Green City’s apartment optimises the functional performance of each space yet allow air and sunlight circulation,” he said.

Apart from that, Duong added that the building structure was able to resist magnitude 8 earthquakes, under the Vietnam Construction Standard, which regulated that constructions must be able to resist magnitude seven earthquakes.

With the strategic location on an arterial traffic route to Hanoi’s centre business district, just 3.5 kilometres from Hoan Kiem Lake and 0.5 kilometre form the east bank of the Red River, Hoa Binh Green City offers easy access to various transportation networks as well as neighbouring social services including schools, hospitals and parks.

Expected for completion in 2014, the project will off a range of areas from 65-126sqm with full facilities for the residents such as underground parking, gardens, in-door and out-door children’s play area, four seasons swimming pool, a fitness centre, shopping mall, and rooftop golf courses.

The model house of the project will be launched later this week.
