In a meeting with Deputy Chairman of HCM City's People's Committee Le Thanh Liem on March 1, Ruland said he highly valued the investment environment in HCM City, with its strong growth potential, bringing large profits to investors.

Bullyland AG was eager to learn more about the local investment and business environment to establish a toy production base in HCM City, Roland said, adding that he hoped the city government would facilitate the implementation of the company's future plan.

Liem said HCM City had a population of about 10 million, of which 1.4 million were children, and so the demand for toys was relatively high.

HCM City has always welcomed high-tech toy manufacturing projects that provided good-quality, creative and intelligent toys for kids, Liem said.

He said the association's investment plans and Bullyland AG were very suitable for the city's development.

Bullyland AG, founded in 1973 and based in SpraitBach, Germany, is known worldwide as a manufacturer of hand-painted collectors' models and figurines. It has offices in New York City and Hong Kong, and has a global distribution network.
