This merger, two years after Dentons' combination with LuatViet, marks a significant step in consolidating Dentons LuatViet's position as a key player in the Vietnamese legal market, with operations in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Joining Dentons LuatViet are EPLegal’s founder Tony Nguyen and managing partner Annie Ngo, along with their experienced professional team. They will integrate into Dentons LuatViet’s offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
