A seasoned legal professional with a 25-year track record spanning Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific, Jaworska promises to augment the firm’s standing with her vast experience. She is a recognised figure in the legal sector, having been admitted to the Bar in Poland and holding the title of foreign lawyer in Vietnam, while also being a licensed legal consultant in the district of Columbia.
Furthermore, she holds a master's degree in law from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC, in the US.
Having practised in Vietnam since 2019, Jaworska possesses a profound understanding of the intricacies of international transactions. Her experience, combined with her strategic approach and problem-solving skills, makes her an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients.
Jaworska's diverse expertise spans multiple industries, including energy, banking and fintech, logistics, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, healthcare, pharma, and digital services. She has worked extensively with multinational clients in the acquisition and development of wind farms and photovoltaic projects.
In addition to her M&A and project finance specialisation, Jaworska is adept in data privacy law under both the EU's GDPR and Asia-Pacific frameworks, including the latest Vietnamese data protection regulations.
Before joining Dentons LuatViet, Jaworska was a partner at an international law firm based in the Washington DC and a partner at PwC Legal in Vietnam, PwC CEE, and PwC in Poland.
