The signing ceremony was attended by the Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien and Swiss Ambassador to Vietnam Beatrice Maser Mallor.

In the coming months, the parties will assess the detailed conditions for a collaboration covering the servicing of healthcare products for the Vietnamese market, the sourcing of products from outside and inside Vietnam as well as the marketing and export of Vietnamese products to other markets, using the networks of both parties.

The expertise and strengths of DKSH and Vingroup are largely complementary.

DKSH has a long track record in providing market expansion services for healthcare in Vietnam and in the rest of Asia. Vingroup is Vietnam’s largest publicly-listed corporate by market capitalization. The Group is active in real estate, hospitality, entertainment, retail, healthcare and industrials. Its VinCommerce unit runs Vietnam’s largest consumer retail chain and its subsidiary Vinfa is active in the healthcare industry.

According to Stephen Ferraby, head corporate affairs and strategic investments and member of executive board, DKSH Holding, with such a long presence in Vietnam, DKSH has been a reliable partner to many industry players in their quest to serve the Vietnamese people.

“We look forward to our talks with Vingroup, one of the most renowned players in Vietnam, to jointly address the growing demand for healthcare in one of Asia’s most dynamic markets,” said Ferraby.
