Card to keep customers high

Techcombank last week joined hands with Vietnam Airlines to issue the Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa Platinum card to offer customers scores of preferential treatments.

Specifically, once customers use Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa Platinum card, they can become a member of the Vietnam Airlines’ Golden Lotus Plus (GLP) programme. Besides, if customers pay in this card, it will be added to their GLP account. In which, one point is equal to VND20,000 ($0.2).

Customers can use this card with Techcombank’s Travel Guard programme supplied by Chartis Insurance Company. For example, if an accident hurts a customer, the compensation will be up to VND10.5 billion ($500,000).

If customers have damage to luggage, property and personal computer, the compensation will be VND42 million ($2,000). If the flight is delayed to eight hours under any reasons, customers can be receive the compensation at up to VND21 million ($1,000).

Techcombank Visa Platinum card can be used in scores of restaurants, hotels, shops, supermarkets and famous trade names. This card can access more than 30 million Visa transaction points  and withdraw money from over 2 million ATMs. Specially, the card can be used to advance cash of up to $2,000.
