BIM Group and Syrena Vietnam receive international awards

Eastern Brand Name is awarded for high quality, high competitive, prestigious brands, both in China and the region and favored by consumers for their sustainable development agenda. To be considered, products must fulfill four major criteria: customer evaluation, brand potential, business quality and trade turnover.

Syrena Vietnam fully satisfied the panel of judges this year and both took home the award to be listed among the 100 most successful real estate developers in the country.

The International Vision award was taken home by BIM Group’s head Doan Quoc Viet who successfully started investing with hospitality businesses in Poland before returning to operate in Vietnam.

Over the last 20 years, under the leadership of Viet, BIM Group has successfully developed and expanded its production fields from manufacturing and exporting foodstuffs to real estate development and trading services. The group is also conducting R&D in the power development, civil logistics and health care sectors.

Its business strategy has proved sound and BIM Group has become a leading conglomerate in Vietnam with a workforce exceeding 3,000.

In recognising BIM’s achievements and Viet’s role in them, the Ministries of Trade and Industry of both countries chose the International Communication Forum to award the company and recognise Viet as a true leader in Vietnam.

To live up to this reputation, Syrena Vietnam has affirmed its commitments developing and providing high quality products and improving the quality of housing in the country’s major urban areas.

Founded in 2008, Syrena Vietnam has been active in Vietnam’s real estate market with projects including Halong Plaza Hotel, Fraser Suites, and particularly the sizable Halong Marina Urban Area. Recently, Syrena Vietnam has also expanded outside Vietnam with its first project, the Crowne Plaza Vientiane in Laos.
