Having brought in Openasia as a strategic investor, Filmore Development has announced the new addition to its senior leadership team.
Filmore's board of directors has added Andy Han Suk Jung and appointed him to be new CEO, marking another step in enhancing the company’s competence and giving it a unique identity in the market.

Han has 16 years of experience in real estate and has held key executive positions at several large firms in Vietnam.
Having studied and grown up in the US, and coming from a family running a business in the real estate development and construction industry in South Korea, the new CEO has diversified experience in the local and international market. He is buoyed by a modern operating style, solid industry background and business experience, and a thorough understanding of the local environment, culture and customer insights.
Han believes that Vietnamese real estate offers a lot of potential for new developers, especially in the housing segment. He is therefore committed to his new role at Filmore.
Speaking about his decision to join Filmore, Han said that he and the board chairman Nguyen Tan Danh have a lot in common.
