Agilent Technologies unveiled next-generation gas chromatograph and GC/MSD series

At Analytica Vietnam, a major industry event, held at Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre during April 17-19, Agilent unveiled the new Agilent 7890B gas chromatograph (GC) and the 5977A Series mass selective detector (GC/MSD) at a ceremony along with presentations and discussions with scientists on the new applications that they can leverage as they push the frontiers of science in their research and development work.

“Based on our conversations with customers, partners and industry stakeholders, we understand that the Vietnamese government is actively encouraging the use of analytical instruments and putting great emphasis in research and technologies chemical and bio-technology industries, pharmaceutical industry and even in food safety,” said Gordon Tai, country manager for the International Distributors Operation, Agilent Technologies.
