Vincom will apply world leading property management software

Vincom JSC, one of the largest property companies in Vietnam, will become the first realty business in the country to apply the most professional and modern property management software.

Under the agreement, Vincom has just signed with Yardi System, the world's leading group providing property, asset and investment management solutions, Vincom will officially install the Yardi Voyager^TMsoftware at all of the group’s building, shopping mall and property projects next January.

By applying the innovative and expensive software in its products, Vincom confirmed its desire to strive for international property brands in managing and serving customers with international standard.

The software will help the company to manage and operate its high-end complexes since the construction of the buildings has just been completed, by managing material facilities, updating the tenants’ demands and managing tenants and leasing contracts.

Le Khac Hiep, chairman of Vincom said: “By applying the new software, Vincom aims to enhance administrative capacity and satisfy all demand of customers.”
