The laurelled awards, which are selected from more than 500 products introduced from all over the world, include three gold awards, three silver awards and one bronze awards, which are from the exhibition’s Tasting Contest.
The reason why the products are highly commended is that they are produced from fresh milk and fresh herb materials.
This is the first time that TH true MILK has participated in this exhibition.
The three gold-award products include nutritious substance-supplemented Topkid Chocolate milk, Phytosterol-supplemented fresh milk and pasteurised milk.
The three silver-award products comprise Herbal Drink (five types), mulberry-flavoured Topkid milk, and Collagen-supplemented fresh milk. Meanwhile, the bronze-award product is Topkid Vanilla milk.
According to the award organisers, these products are made by pure fresh milk materials sourced from TH Group’s $1.2 billion project to raise dairy cows and make fresh milk in the central province of Nghe An.
The project’s process is synchronised, closed, high-tech applied and most advanced in the world, from producing raw food, formulating the food allocation, selecting breeds to building the process of breeding, veterinary, biological safety, milking hygiene and the professional computer programme to manage every single cow.
In May 2015, the Asian Record Organisation recognised the project as “The largest concentrated hi-tech applied dairy farm complex in Asia”.
Topkid Chocolate and Topkid Vanilla can help kids of one-six years old develop their physical conditions, because the Topkid formula contains DHA, which is useful to kids’ brain and eyesight. The formula also contains vitamin C and B, and Folic acid, which help strengthen children’s immunity.
Collagen- and Phytosterol-supplemented fresh milk is commended for its special substance for middle-aged people. Phytosterol helps reduce cholesterol and strengthen the heart.
Additionally, the pasteurised milk is extolled for its having no preservatives and being made from fresh milk materials via a pasteurisation technology named Extended Shelf – Life imported from Germany.
The WorldFood Moscow 2015 hosted 700 exhibitors from 69 nations throughout the world.
TH Group’s participation in the WorldFood Moscow 2015 is aimed to promote its fresh and clean milk products made from its own dairy cows and materials. The group’s participation in the WorldFood Moscow 2015 was also aimed to contribute to the enhancement of Vietnam’s fresh industry in the international market.
In June 2015, TH Group won the prestigious ASEAN Best Food Award for its line of micronutrient fortified milk products, within the ASEAN Food Conference organised in the Philippines’ Manila city.
The crowned products include three sterilised milk products namely TH true MILK-branded School Milk, TH true MILK-branded Top Kid and TH true MILK-branded Calcium Supplement.
