FawooKidi will donate 60 street lights to Cuba’s Havana.

The street lights, worth $82,000, will be officially given on the occasion of Vietnam’s Party General Secretary  Nguyen Phu Trong’s visit to Cuba this year.

Le Trong Dinh, general director of FawooKidi, said: “Because of the love for Cuba and its residents, we really would like to donate a small gift to make the nation become more beautiful.”

Besides, Dinh said FawooKidi’s products would also be welcomed into Cuba and the international market.

Gabriel Perez, Cuba general consulate in Ho Chi Minh City, thanked FawooKidi and the Ministry of Science and Technology considered the agreement ceremony a meaningful event contributing to the long-lasting friendship between Vietnam and Cuba.

FawooKidi, founded on the basis of cooperation between Kim Dinh Green Energy and Korean-backed Fawoo Corporation, is the first LED manufacturer in Vietnam.

FawooKidi’s various LED lighting can replace incandescent, fluorescent lamps with state of the art products.
