The survey was earlier conducted online by locally-owned Anphabe Company in combination with market researcher Nielsen, over 9,000 people from more than 1,000 companies in Vietnam.
During the survey, the methods of in-depth interview and focus group were implemented, with the help of 20 human resource experts and eight groups of talents. The survey also helps to build up a professional standard set which will be used to assess brand names of Vietnamese employers.
The standard set comprises 46 factors focused on six main criteria including wage-bonus-welfare, development opportunity, culture and value, leadership, work quality and life, and company reputation.
