Pham Thuy Ha from City Ford, Dong Nai Ford’s Nguyen Tien Duc, Dak Lak Ford’s Pham Hong Phu, Capital Ford’s Nguyen Van Tien were the big winners.
The contest is an annual Ford Vietnam activity to promote exchanges and experiences among technicians and customer care staff.
Vu Hoang Lam, director of Ford Vietnam national services, said: “This year, by challenging the contestants with more comprehensive tests, Ford team has strived to create a new image of Ford services staff.”
Some 16 teams participated in the technical and non-technical tests.
Ford Vietnam is also promoting a series of activities focusing on how to correctly maintain vehicles and highlight safe driving skills for Vietnamese customers.
Lam said Ford’s key goal was to improve customers’ satisfaction.
“We hope that our efforts to create an understanding between us and customers will help Ford Vietnam to gain customers’ trust and loyalty,” Lam said.
Ford Motor Company has 166,000 employees and about 70 plants worldwide.
Vietnam now has nearly 600 technicians and services staffs of Dealers across the country.
