VIB lifts curtain on FDI services

On the same day, it signed agreements with Fubon Vietnam Non-life Insurance Company and Lotte Coralis Vietnam to provide full financial packages.

It is the first commercial joint stock bank to offer a full FDI banking product and services packages in Vietnam.

VIB was established in 1996 and has become one of the top commercial joint stock banks in the country with the total assets of VND100, 000 billion or $5 billion.

“VIB’s orientation is to become a world-class financial institution, aiming to be the most innovative and customer centric bank in Vietnam,” said Han Ngoc Vu, chairman of VIB’s board of directors

This package is specifically customised and developed for FDI enterprises. Customers will have a wide range of diversified products and services such as cash management, e-banking, trade financing, loans and guarantee issuance and so on.

VIB’s strength lies in its wide network of 150 branches and transaction offices in 27 provinces and cities.

Meanwhile, VIB provides professional and qualified staff with rich banking experiences in foreign banks and financial institutions. Currently, it has 4,300 staff serving  over one million customers nationwide.

Particularly with Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s (CBA) long-term commitment and financial support, VIB has strong foundation for business development plans of corporate customers in Vietnam and in the world market as well.
