US real-estate firm keeps eye on Vietnamese market
HCM CITY - The 100-year-old US real estate firm Realogy Corp launched its first Mega Office on October 11, 2010 in Ho Chi Minh City through the Hanoi–based Minh Viet Investment Corporation under the brand-name Coldwell Banker Vietnam (CBVN).
The Mega Office will implement an internationally recognised management system which provides comprehensive value-added, full-service real estate solutions to clients, including commercial and residential brokerage, consultancy, investment, facilities management, advertising, research, property valuation, marketing as well as sales, management and career training.
