This time, the Plaza has added new brands, including those that have only entered Vietnam for the first time, such as Paul&Shark, Roberto Cavalli, Diesel, Banana Republic, Mango Man and Adidas. The plaza has also built a new food court on the sixth floor.
“The addition of more popular brands is to better serve the diverse demand of customers,” said Le Lan Phuong, deputy general manager of Trang Tien Plaza.
In the year-end shopping season, the plaza is offering discounts of up to 50 per cent on many items. Customers will also have the opportunity to win valuable gifts through raffles.
Trang Tien Plaza, located in the centre of Hanoi, was originally built in 1901 with the name Godard House. It came under state ownership in 1959. In 2011, it was renovated by Imex Pan Pacific (IPP), currently the distributor of a number of luxury brands in Vietnam. The plaza reopened in 2013 as a high-end shopping centre then closed again in August 2014 in order to renovate three of its six floors.
