Following the complete take-up of The Grande, Phu My Hung has officially unveiled the second condominium tower known as The Symphony in Phu My Hung Midtown complex.
Located in the heart of Phu My Hung Midtown, the Symphony is connected directly to Vietnam’s very first Sakura Park

Phu My Hung launched its model condos on April 27 in front of 600 visitors who were instantly enchanted by the beauty and conveniences of the project.

The Midtown is developed under the partnership of Phu My Hung and its Japanese partners, including Daiwa House Group, Nomura Real Estate Group, and Sumitomo Forestry Group

Yamada Daisuke a Japanese homebuyer said that, “I think there are two reasons why I came here (the event). Firstly, because there are three very famous Japanese developers involve in this project. Secondly, because the location of the Symphony, I believe that is the best place. But the first thing is what make I like to stay in this place, as I trusted these developers, that’s most important for me.”

The audience was fired up by the performance of Vietnamese circus artist brothers Giang Quoc Co and Giang Quoc Nghiep. The “Power of the Hands” performance reflects the spirits of the leading developers who have joined forced to design and build Phu My Hung Midtown complex

Angelia Lee Peng Peng, director of Artsy Expressions and the interior designer of the project said that The Symphony “is composed” by a variety of architects and developers who worked together to create a heavenly music. The launch of the Symphony is to perform the masterpiece to audience.

In regards of style, she shares that the condos are designed in a Japanese architectural style to create the trademark oriental atmosphere of peace and harmony. Meanwhile, some condos feature the art décor style, catering to the growing middle class’ taste for modernity and elegance.

The model apartment has a colour scheme of golden pink and yellow hues, combined with wood interiors to create a Japanese ambience. Interior materials and accessories were imported from Japan, Europe, Thailand, and Malaysia to lend the project authenticity

The Symphony houses 319 apartments with one to four rooms offering living spaces from 56 to 237 square metres each. The project has a low floor area ratio of 5.85 and high green coverage. It is rare to have such a golden ratio combined with the project’s prime location. As a result, The Symphony promises a high standard of living thanks to spacious area, lush greenery, on-site amenities and low population density.

The Symphony has a flexible payment schedule, allowing buyers to own a condo after paying only 50 per cent of the apartment’s total value within the first 28 months. Buyers will pay the remaining 45 per cent when receiving the condo and 5 per cent after getting property title.

Vietcombank and VIB will provide guarantee for the project as well as offer loans with attractive payment schedules.
