Syrena Vietnam JSC, a company member of BIM Group and Savills Vietnam last week sold out 15 first houses of Little Vietnam.

With the price from VND2.7 billion ($128,000) per unit, 15 first houses of the project received good reflection from the buyers.

“Even thought that we [Syrena Vietnam] has been successful in many other projects such as Green Bay Apartments, San Ho semi-detached houses or villas on the Halong Marina project, the sale out of this first lot of Halong Little Vietnam in only one day reflect our success right at the beginning term of the project,” said Doan Quoc Huy, chairman of the Syrena Vietnam.

“So far we have received registration from 50 buyers, that means that the products are suitable to the buyers’ demand with reasonable price,” Huy said.

Little Vietnam according to buyers, had been attracted by its unique architecture and a format which combines both trading and living requirements. The project is also a destination to show up traditional characteristics to the tourists.

Little Vietnam locates in the Ha Long Marina township in Bai Chay town in Quang Ninh province.

Built over 3.3 hectares, Little Vietnam is a townhouse project that combines business and living areas. The streets are planned to be themed and organised by business type to create a common community. Little Vietnam hopes to be a venue for weekend activities and big cultural festivals.

In the first stage of the project, the townhouses were constructed to simulate the traditional businesses of Hanoi’s Old Quarter and the historic town of Hoi An.

The project will combine 109 townhouses, including 80 themed Little Hanoi and 29 Little Hoi An.

The townhouses were designed as a “town within a town” concept, with two main facades, the old Hanoi or Hoi An style and a modern style. Most of the townhouses are three and a half levels with two roofs and two fronts. The corner townhouses will have three fronts with a distinctive design.

Syrena plans to launch the second phase of sale for Little Vietnam on 4th October of this year. Construction officially kicked off in July 2014, and the project is expected to finish in September 2015.
