Singapore Company pre-leases space at new city centre

Keppel Land WATCO, a joint venture of Keppel Land of Singapore and Vietnam’s Southern Waterborne and Transportation Corporation along with Saigon Real Estate Corporation, has signed a conditional agreement to lease 15,000 square metres on five floors of Saigon Centre Phase II Complex to Takashimaya Singapore Company.

As the main lease holder, Takashimaya Singapore Company has already pre-leased 30 per cent of the total retail area at the Saigon Centre Phase II Complex in Ho Chi Minh City, ahead of its completion time in 2015.

The Saigon Centre Phase II Complex at 65 Le Loi Street will have 45 storeys, including 50,000 square metres of retail and dining area across seven floors, 40,000 square metres of hi-end office space and over 200 luxury service apartments.
