Myanmar Vice President visits Splendora

Myanmar’s Vice President Nyan Tun last week paid a visit to Splendora, a $2.57 billion property project co-developed by Vinaconex and South Korea’s Posco E&C in Hanoi.

According to An Khanh – the joint venture to develop Splendora, Tun paid a visit to model house and project site of Splendora, on the occasion of his first official visit to Vietnam last week.

Tun has highly appreciated the design and quality of Splendora. Splendora was started in 2006.

On  264 hectares located on Lang-Hoa Lac highway in Hoai Duc district of Hanoi, six kilometres west of the National Convention Centre, the first phase of the Splendora project covers 50ha, estimated to finish in 2013 including villas, terrace houses, apartments, mix used building, commercial, business and services centre, sport centre, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and green park.

The second phase was just started in 2012 on 75ha to develop apartments, villas and terrace houses.

In this visit to Vietnam, Tun also took tour to the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank, Viettel and Thang Long Industrial Zone.
