Hong Ha is ready to charm

Hanoi People’s Committee has approved the Hong Ha Eco-City new urban area project.

Developed by Tu Hiep Hong Ha Petroleum Joint Stock Company, Hong Ha Eco-City is located in Thanh Tri, Hanoi, 6.7 kilometres from the capital’s downtown, on 16.7 hectares.

Bordering the new national highway No.1, Hong Ha Eco-City offers its residents great accessibility to Phap Van Cau Gie, Thanh Tri Bridge, Pham Hung Avenue.

With green spaces of 2.88 hectares, the new eco-city will provide its residents the most genuine natural experiences.

Designed to be a closed and modern community with a nature-friendly surrounding environment, Hong Ha is going to be a city equipped with a full range of services offered to its residents such as entertainment and shopping centers, office buildings and education facilities.

Additionally, residents of Hong Ha Eco-City will enjoy the services of surrounding area such as brand new elementary and secondary schools, Vietnam-America International Hospital and Tu Hiep Hospital on the north side of the area, Yen So Ecological Park and Metro Hoang Mai supermarket.
The total capital investment of Hong Ha Eco City is estimated around VND5 trillion ($250 million).

The project’s construction will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2011 and is expected to be completed in 2015.
