First real estate expo welcomes visitors

VNREA Expo 2015, the first specialised real estate expo, has opened at the National Architecture and Planning and Construction Exhibition Centre in Hanoi’s Nam Tu Liem district.

Deputy Minister of Construction Phan Thi My Linh stated that the expo brings more choices to buyers and helps enterprises find partners, thus promoting investment and trading in the property sector.

According to Tran Ngoc Quang, Vietnam National Real Estate Assocation’s (VNREA) general secretary, the expo aims to increase links between buyers and sellers and bring real estate developers together to introduce and promote their enterprises’ image, products and brands.

More than 50 property enterprises have registered to join the expo. A wide range of property and real estate products ranging from resorts and condominiums to medium and low-end apartments as well as building materials and interior and exterior decoration are displayed at over 100 booths.

The exhibition highlights big property developers such as FLC Group, Hanoi Construction Corporation, Viglacera Corporation and a number of professional real estate trading centres such as Phu Quy Land, Vicland, and members of the G5 Real Estate Trade Centre.

The expo will welcome visitors for three days from July 31 to August 2.
