The three-day event was jointly organised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Vietnam Timber and Forest Product Association (VIETFOREST), and the Binh Dinh’s authorities.
At the festival, 110 domestic and foreign businesses display their products in 528 pavilions, including 62 pavilions for furniture, 78 for auxiliary materials and 84 for ornamental creatures and plants.
The event aimed to promote Vietnam ’s wood products as well as honour outstanding scientists, managers, manufactures and citizens in the sector for their great contributions to the country’s economic development.
It also offered Vietnamese wood processing enterprises a chance to further promote investment cooperation in the field with domestic and foreign partners.
The event will run until March 28.
