Leon Cheneval, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Hanoi office, recently became the first foreigner in Vietnam to receive valuer registration issued by Ministry of Finance.

Cheneval was one of the top 10 students with the highest results in the appraisal examination.
Cheneval holds a lifetime membership to Australian Valuers Institute where he served as both director and chairman for more than 12 years.

He is also an associate of the Australian Property Institute and is actively involved with the Vietnam and ASEAN Valuers Associations. With more than 23 years of valuation experience in Australia and nearly three years of that in Vietnam along with a strong portfolio of commercial valuation, consultancy and projects analysis, Cheneval expects that he will contribute greatly to the success and development of the valuation profession at Cushman & Wakefield.
