Among the 25 companies recognised as the Best Workplaces in Vietnam in 2024 by Great Place to Work, F88 stands out as a home-grown company alongside global brands.

Great Place to Work (GPTW) is the world’s leading organisation in its field with 30 years of experience helping businesses build workplace cultures. Since 1992, GPTW has been publishing a list of Great Place to Work in many countries and regions. To be certified for Vietnam Best Workplaces 2024, businesses have to participate in a survey to assess employee satisfaction with the working environment based on five criteria, including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

GPTW then evaluates the talent development strategy, HR policy, and working culture with the Great Workplace For All™ criteria. GPTW has selected 25 outstanding businesses as the Best Workplaces in Vietnam in 2024, including five large companies, 10 medium-sized enterprises, and 10 small-sized enterprises.

However, some people said that it was unfavourable for home-grown companies to be assessed against multinational companies (MNCs) and joint venture (JV) companies, especially in terms of corporate culture. The main reason is that most MNCs and JVs have heavily invested in building corporate culture for a long period of time. Opportunity only arises for Vietnamese businesses if they have a breakthrough.
