Ecopark reducing apartment prices

Ecopark township investor Vihajico will reduce apartment prices for its Rung Co Apartments from May 20.

“Ecopark welcomes Summer” is among a series of summer activities in Ecopark, offering a 10 per cent discount with prices starting at VND18.5 million ($893) per square metre.

A Vihajico representative said the promotion would reinvigorate the apartment market which has frozen in Hanoi.

Bui Tien Hung, deputy general director of Vihajico, said: “To meet the market’s demand and to give people an opportunity to get a low price, we have launched a new promotion called ‘Ecopark Welcomes Summer’ for customers who missed the chance last month.”

“We are in cooperation with first-rate partners such as, Kume Sekkei – an architectural and engineering firm specialising in design, Coteccons the contractor and Apave to keep the project on schedule,” he added.

Rung Co in the first phase of Ecopark project is the integration of intelligent design, landscape and open spaces, along with a comprehensive utility system with more than 40,000sqm. It comprises five apartment blocks at 19 to 25 floors and offers a wide range of apartments.

Rung Co Apartments are built with views to beautiful surrounding landscapes, luxury villas and semi-detached villas. The development will also offer residents access to numerous facilities such as school, a commercial centre, club-houses, swimming pools, tennis courts, children’s playground and green parks.
