Eco Park apartments for sale

Vihajico last week continued the second launch of Palm Forest apartments, at northern Hung Yen province-based Eco Park complex, for sale.

On offer were apartments of diverse sizes of 71 square metres, 83sqm and 92sqm and penthouses and sky-villas with areas ranging from 151sqm to 167sqm at prices starting from VND19 million ($974.3) per square metre.

Flexible payment terms and competitive prices had made around 100 homebuyers to become these properties’ prospective owners right on the first day of offer.

Homebuyers can make payments in six times during 30 months or take part in a state-owned Vietcombank’s financial support programme with a loan package up to 70 per cent of the property value which will be paid back by installments within 15 years.

Palm Forest is the first high-rise complex in Eco Park, an ecological urban centre covering around 500 hectares whose construction is in the pipeline in an area adjoining famous Bat Trang traditional pottery village, more than 10 kilometres southeast of Hanoi. The complex consists of 1,500 apartment units.

Ceaseless development of transport infrastructure in the capital’s different areas recently has significantly shortened travel time between Eco Park and neighbouring locations.

Construction of the 21kmlong Hanoi-Hung Yen route which will be an artery between Hanoi and the urban centre in the near future, is now underway and the road is expected to be open to traffic in late 2011.
