Colliers appointed exclusive marketing and leasing agent for Habico Tower
The retail space was offered with long-term leasing contracts since this August.
Habico is located at 288 Pham Van Dong street, Cau giay district. It is in the heart of the new urban area close to many future projects including Exchange City and An Binh Star.
This project is developed by Dong Ri Won, the prestigious Korean developer, designed by Doul and constructed by the globally recognised Doosan.
Habico is a mixed use complex comprising 136 apartments and penthouses, the most luxurious units in Vietnam; 70,000 square metres of international grade A office space and 34,000sqm of retail.
This landmark is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2012.
Colliers International Vietnam’s marketing and business development director Dane Moodie said: “To be at the forefront of the commercial property sector, Hanoi must ensure over the long term that the supply of buildings coming online meets International standards.”
