According to Hung Thinh Land, the property week lasting until next Tuesday focuses on medium-cost apartments priced at around VND1 billion a unit in District 2, 7, 8, Tan Binh and Tan Phu.
Among such projects are The Harmona, Au Co Tower, 27 Truong Chinh, Carina Plaza, An Binh, Thu Thiem Star, SCREC III and Penthouse Lu Gia.
Nguyen Duy Minh, deputy general director of Hung Thinh Land, said that the name of Apartment Bazaar aimed to create a close and friendly feeling for customers. Most of the apartments having an area of 50-60 square meters each are deemed affordable, and buyers can make payments easily, he added.
The firm has coordinated with banks such as MB Bank and Standard Chartered to offer loans with a preferential rate of 11.9-15% per year for buyers. Besides, there are many discounts for buyers during the property week.
According to Minh, the accommodation demand is on the rise alongside urban development, but not everyone can own an apartment in HCMC. As there is a big gap between supply and demand, the coordination between investors, distributors and banks is expected to create some positive changes on the market.
With this model, Eden Real has previously organized two property weeks with projects for medium-income earners.
