Covering 5.4 hectares, the $385.85 million VTV building has total gross area on 28 floors and one basement and is located at Hanoi’s 43 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street.
The five-storey-podium of its first phrase has been completed and used as a programme production centre. The building has a broadcasting area for eight channels and the news centre system comprises film studios for news production.
VTV building will be managed in accordance with international standards based on Savills standard operation procedures. The property management service package consists of setting up management systems, operations, staff training, security, broadcasting 24/24 and other added services.
Le Chi Cong, head of VTV building’s management board, said: “The reason we asked Savills to manage VTV Building is Savills reputation and prestige, with high quality human resources and professional working attitude. Above all, that is Savills commitment to make VTV building become “a five-star centre” as well as meet strict security and safety requirements for the national television centre. We believe that Savills will have effective management methods to maximise the building’s value”.
The partnership with VTV follows on Savills’ previous successes in the property management projects in Vietnam including Sun City, BIDV, Sentinel Place, Asia Tower and Capital Tower.
