Mark Ridley, chairman of Savills commercial, said: “We are very pleased to have secured the top spot once again and believe this is testament to our diversified business model, in terms of both geography and service lines. We would like to thank our clients who are key to our success and going forward we will endeavour to continue to provide them with a best in class service.”
“The market remains challenging and we must continue to be cautious in our approach but we have seen an increased stabilisation this year and we predict that small growth could begin as soon as 2013, for which we will be poised to continue our market leading position,” added Ridley.
In June 2012, Savills was ranked UK number one, according to Property Week’s annual survey of property advisors. Savills has retained number one status in this survey since it started nine years ago.
