Savico Mega Mall achieves 82 per cent occupancy rate

CB Richard Ellis, the marketing agent for the Savico Mega Mall, has announced that it achieved 82 per cent occupancy rate.

The project team has completed the construction and is fitting out. With 63,400 square metres on Nguyen Van Linh street, Hanoi, Savico Mega Mall is the country’s first and largest regional mall strategically connecting Long Bien with Hanoi and surrounding provinces, providing variety of retail goods and services.

At the time, the project signed a long-lease contract with five anchor tenants including 1,375sqm Hot Wok food court, 4,750sqm Tran Anh electronics, 3,000sqm Megafun Game centre, 4,400sqm seafood one restaurant, and 14,200sqm Big C hypermarket and more than 60 tenants operating in the field of banking, fashion, children fashion, accessories, homeware, furniture, children’s books and toys and food and beverage.

Savico Mega mall offers all day non-stop value based shopping and entertainment with a focus on family conveniences, mega parking facilities and mega space inside and out for events and cultural entertainment.
